Can't login?



Some possible solutions:

Send User Info
If you are a validated member*, then you can request that your user name and password be sent to the email address that you registered the account with.

Send User validation email
If you created an account, but did not receive an email for the validation, you may have it resent. If this account is more than 10 days old and is not validated, the account no longer exists and you must create a new account.

Login Loop
If you try to login and you get sent back to the main page. Check the top right part of the page. If the icon that is displayed does not say "Log out", you are in a login loop. This loop is caused by your browser not accepting cookies. You must change this. Most browsers have this feature under Internet Options or Properties on a sub menu off of the top menu bar.

* A validated member is one that has created an account. This user then received an email with a validation code. The link in the email was clicked and the validation completed. The browser should have come back and told the user that the account was set up and ready to use. If any of the steps above did not happen, the account is not validated or does not exist anymore.
