ICLayoutOnline (ICLO) accounts are free. ICLO does not charge any fees associated with the accounts. ICLO does not share any of your personal information with any 3rd party. To become a member of ICLO, you will need a valid email address, and you must provide us with your correct full name. If ICLO detects that you have given false information, or are abusing the system*, we have the right to disable your account, log your IP address, and prevent you from creating another ICLO account. If a user continues to abuse the system or generates new accounts, ICLO will contact the company that provides your IP address and seek legal recourse.
