Create Manager Account

Manager accounts are used to post jobs and track those positions. Users will be able to apply for your position with the click of a mouse button if their resume is on ICLO's database. If their resume is not on file, they will still be able to contact you through the contact information that you give to ICLO. ICLO will also provide you with the tools to setup interviews and phone screens and update job clicks by the click of a mouse button. You will be able to graphically follow a resume from viewing the resume to the actual offer being accepted. Both you and your candidate will always know where the position stands by looking at the job click information. At a green dot all is good. A red dot means that the interest has ended at the point in which the red dot exists. A yellow dot represents a pending situation. We hope you like the tools and will give us feedback on the employment side by visiting the employment section message board that will be available to you after sign up. This message board is for you to post comments and suggestions so that ICLO may implement those for you.

In setting up a manager account, you are certifying that you are in fact a recruiter for a company. It is the recruiter's responsibility to keep their contact information current in our database so that users may contact them through the website. All contact information must be updated within the account update page. All contact information will be displayed within your job postings though the contact information that ICLO has on file for you. Do not add contact information to your job posts since this will hinder any reports that we may generate for you. You may also send us a gif or jpg file that can be used for your company logo on all positions that you may have on the system.

Your manager account is a free service from ICLayoutOnline and may be terminated if used incorrectly to exploit users or resumes from users when you currently do not have any real positions in the industry. It is your responsibility to delete and update jobs on this site so that they(job postings) are current with the real market on a weekly basis. If ICLO finds you are not keeping your account current, we will terminate your manager account.
